FEES

 

My fees are as follows:

 

INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR COLOUR CONSULTATION (EXISTING RESIDENTIAL: SINGLE DWELLING OR UNIT INTERIOR ONLY) (FOR EXTERIORS OF MULTI-RESIDENTIAL AND STRATA, OR INTERIOR STRATA COMMON AREAS, PLEASE SEE STRATA TAB BELOW) 

 

Flat fee of $250 which includes one site visit and a written report. Site visits involve looking at all aspects of the property (location, lighting, furniture, landscaping etc) and using large colour swatches to create a colour scheme which fits your brief.  Consultations usually take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours for an interior OR exterior consultation.  A written report detailing each aspect will be emailed to you upon completion which you can take to your painter.

INTERIOR AND/OR EXTERIOR COLOUR CONSULTATION (NEW BUILDS AND RENOVATIONS - SINGLE HOME)

I can also work from plans and elevations if your home hasn't yet been built.  I will do exterior mock-ups from your existing elevation drawings as well as have a meeting with you to discuss potential colour schemes and obtain samples to work with (eg roof tiles). As this is a lot more involved and time consuming and often involves liaising with architects, councils and builders, researching different construction materials and obtaining samples, plus doing the Photoshop mock-ups, my fees are higher.  Please contact me to discuss your requirements and to obtain a quote.  Fees start from $250.

COMMERCIAL, STRATA, INDUSTRIAL AND INSTITUTIONS

 

Commercial and industrial properties, apartment buildings, villas, townhouses, function rooms, hotels, motels, schools, hospitals, churches and shops are quoted on an individual basis depending on the scope of work.  Please contact me for a quote - fees start from $500.
